Oh man, what a day yesterday was! Last day of school, of course it's exciting... wow.
So yesterday, my group in Literature showed our movie, which was bizarre... the opening scene is me pretending to be Hester Prynne from The Scarlet Letter giving birth while my friend Jeff read a poem by Robert Frost, who eventually plays pastor when Mark Twain and I get married, then get thrown to the wolves (I told you it was bizarre!). We got an A. woo hoo!
Then, a few classes and tests later, Saraj had a party at her party for all the IHS kids, and about 20 showed up, one of which being... Paul! I can't remember if I've mentioned him, but he's this guy who I've kind of been into on and off for awhile, I don't know exactly how long because I didn't mention him in my diary when I first noticed him, because I was kind of involved with someone else... Jeff. haha
So we ended up hanging out, and just being a boy and a girl on a couch at a party... hey, keep it clean! we did! haha, it was fun, I got the best back rub ever. seriously, it was crazy. then I stole his Yankees hat sometime during the group viewing of "Ever After" and wore it home... thankfully, I remembered I was wearing it before I walked through the door, because: A) my family (myself included) is dedicated to the San Fran Giants, and B) I think my wearing some guy's baseball cap sideways would've been a bit of a shock to them.
I ended up writing my phone number on his leg, which was a bit awkward, especially since my friend Angel was in the car and clearly wanted to talk about Paul... ah, funny. hey, i've got his cap, he has to call me, right? or not. if he does, though, i'm getting him a Giants cap, even though he looks better in Yankee colours. It's just not ok for someone so... him... to wear such things. it's comparable to me walking around in orange- majour NO. :)
